I would not recommend this business for luggage repair. I took in a piece of luggage with a broken handle and was told it would cost $60 to fix which is almost what I paid for the piece. When I decided I didn't want to spend that kind of money to fix it, the owner asked to keep the piece of luggage which I found extremely strange. He said he wanted to keep it for spare parts and kept insisting I leave it with him. I told him I would donate it to Goodwill. I believe he may have intended to fix the luggage and resell it. Beware of this store - extremely poor customer service and shady dealings.

The owner is EXTREMELY rude. Do NOT take your patronage to his shop. When I asked if he was open on Sunday, he replied, "Do YOU work on Sunday?!?!" I would recommend buying new luggage rather than taking your business to Golden Boot.
