Chris Ivey was very polite and professional. I saw the other reviews here and thought I would give him a try. I am glad I did. He was up front with me on the diagnostic cost and was able to be at my house in 30 minutes from when I called.

(The other two companies I contacted, both very reputable as well, were more expensive and neither had anyone available until tomorrow morning unless I wanted to pay after-hours pricing.)



Chris told me on the phone what he thought the issue could be after I explained the issue and gave me an estimate. Lucky for me it was exactly what Chris thought it was and didn't end up being an expensive repair.



Chris engaged me in friendly conversation and explained what he was doing as he worked the issue. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone who wants fast, friendly, and professional service without feeling as if they might be over-charged or taken for a lot of money.



I have added Chris to my list of home repair companies that I will use again in the future.

Chris is great! Excellent service and HVAC knowledge...

I first called Chris in April last year, he came out and fixed my problem over-reasonably, which means he went above and beyond customer service for us at a very decent rate...then my heater stopped working last week...he came again faster than the first time and fixed my heater and was very detailed in his work like his first visit. I have had past experiences where repairmen took advantage of me...but not Chris, i even tipped him extra for his honesty and his professionalism which he tried to decline, but i believe that this man enjoys what he's been doing for 21 years and the next time you or I have an a/c related issue, it would be unwise to call anyone else...Chris Ivey is truly a professional to be reckoned with...corporate companies beware...people taking care of people will always prevail...thanks so much Chris!!!!!!!!!!!!! Air control went out of their way to fix my broken A/C. I was impressed with the professionalism and the desire to complete to job. I would call Air Control again for any of my A/C needs.

Air Control was prompt, efficient, and truly responsive to all messages and inquiries. They worked well with my warranty company, and helped get us the best deal possible. I'd certainly call them again!

Air Control came out to inspect our A/C. Very friendly and very knowledgable too. We had another company come out last summer to repair our A/C but they didn't do the job correctly.
