It's seems like the other reviewer was upset, because this company didn't want to do his job. I always say there are 2 sides to every story. I've used Lavimoniere for 3 years now, I remodeled my kitchen, and had a new furnace put in by him. Top notch work, and he is fast, not trying to drag a job to make $$. I highly recommend.

Our review of this company is specifically about our one experience with our oil furnace cleaning. We had the work done, and the furnace shut down that same evening. A phone call to them informed us that they would not be coming back for several days -- totally unacceptable, given the cold temperatures and the fact that we were caregivers for a 90-year old relative that was living with us. We had to call a different service company for an emergency call, who not only had to get the furnace running, but also had to clean the remaining soot that had been left behind.

This is an incompetent plumbing company who are out to make a quick buck. They will pick and choose which jobs they want to do. The plumber came to my house and when he saw the work that was to be done (as I had described on the phone) he straight up refused to do the job and walked right off site without even apologizing. No people-person skills whatsoever, no phone skills, acted like I was wasting his time. Enough said, will never look to them for any plumbing needs or suggest them to any friends/family.
