I am giving them a 1 start because I was told my car would be done in 7-10 days. 3 weeks later and still no car. So far they have been empty promises. I feel as though I have been put on the back burner since they already received the insurance check. I will make a bet that if I had received the check and gave it to them when the job was done it would have been done in the 7-10 like they originally said. I will review again one the car is done but as of now I would not recommend them them.

Just when I didn?t need any more stress, my car broke down and I needed to get it fixed to go to work the next morning. Mid-Island was able to get me back on the road in time. The service was very fast, friendly, professional, and at a price that can?t be beat. Thanks for everything.
