Its a pleasure to meet someone that knows the trade and the product, can explain in plain English the problem and the solution, and then perform the repair all for a very reasonable price. The technician knows vacuum cleaners, models and vendors inside and out and yet he concentrates on your machine and your problem. The man knew how to select a vacuum for my application & fixed my old one. I HAVE PETS AND HAIR IS A PROBLEM, THIS GUY FIXED ME UP!!! I purchased a new one and IT WORKS LIKE HE SAID IT WOULD.
