      I called this company twice they finally called me back on 06-07-10 and scheduled an appointment with me to give me an estimate on repairing my carport that was damaged from the snow, he was to be here at 5:00p.m. he never showed, I did call him again on 06-07-10 but he never called me back , then I called there twice on 06-08-10 he still has not returned my call. How can this company get any sort of guarantee if he will not come to my home after scheduling an appt. with me? If this is the sort of contractors that you guarantee I best use another source besides the VERIZON YELLOW PAGES This is no better than using the classified in your local newspaper. I am quite surprised, thought I could trust VERIZON at least. Respectfully,Mindy Lacheen-Heiser
