The best company ever!! When in a panic because my family and I had an emergency plumbing issue (Sewage back-up) and when nobody would help me I finally found a company that cares. Mickey and his wife are both awesome and so caring!! I called and booked a call with Sarah and had the plumber Mickey and Phil at my house in Joliet the same day to take care of my Drain line backing up in my basement with sewage. I can't believe that they were able to dig up my broken pipe in front of my house and repair it all in the same day! Now that is an Amazing service if you ask me! They take the time to thoroughly evaluate the problem and come up with the best possible solution! The cost was very reasonable compared to 2 other prices I received from other companies and they couldn't even fix the problem for a week to 2 weeks. Thanks again to Sarah, Mickey, and the Tritan Plumbing crew! I would definitely recommend to all my friends, family and anyone who needs plumbing services, you will be in good hands!

Mickey was great. Our water heater went out on Sunday and I call around around to get estimates and etc. Mickey called be back right way, talked about the options / pricing / time it takes. Was upfront about his availability. Due to our water heater leaking he re-worked his schedule for the next day to come by first thing in the morning. He said he'd call in the morning and did. He was supposed to arrive around 8:30am, but called at 8am to say his shipment truck was running late and he'd be by around 9am as he needed the new heater from the truck. He showed up at 9am and got to work. He is very knowledgable, friendly and did great work. He took time to show me how the new heater operated. He check out a few other things to ensure they were working, they were, and thus didn't try to sell me on replacing things I didn't need. I would definitely use Tritan / Mickey again.
