Highly recommend R&F! I am so grateful I went to them for help. We were new to New Milford and were financially strapped from a major plumbing issue and the terrible amount of snow we had this winter, when my old Civic fell "ill". I was certain it was the Master cylinder, because I was unfamiliar with local mechanics I went back to the dealer, of course they have to say it could be this or this and cost $$$, someone else looked at the car and they also said, nope it's probably this or this, $$$. Finally I went to R&F, they listened and did not try to make money off my hardship, they fixed the Master and the car ran great! Not only that but the day I was to drop the car off I could no longer rig shift it and had to have them tow it from my snow bound drive which had been plowed so narrow by mounds of snow and covered with a sheet of ice, they got the car out to the truck refusing to give up, determined to help their customer! They are stuck with me forever! Great Service and price!

The individuals that operate this business, especially Frank, are very accommodating and are also consciencious in there presuit of customer satisfaction. I had them work on a 65 VW Camper that had not moves since 1981 and they were able to pick the camper up, take it to their shop and get the wheels freed up so it could be transported to Charleston South Carolina. They kept me apprized all along the way and did as I requested. I would recommend this business to anyone who wants an honest, trustworthy business with the client's need put first before all others.
