When I went to look around for a last minute gift it was around 9:30 pm and the store was preparing to close. I heard a woman on a Wally talky tell the employees to hurry up and clean (I assume she's a manager) well when I left the store she was outside on her phone smoking a cigarette laughing. I though it was unprofessional the way she talked to the employees then left to go smoke. Besides that, the store is very clean and organized and I will continue to shop there for my children.

I was at the newington store last night and needed to find a pirate ship for a 1 year old and could not locate. i was asked if i needed any help from a sales associate, he went so far aso to get another person involved in helping me. We were all unsuccessful but then he recommended me to try some of the megablocks merchandise and all of a sudden there was THE PIRATE SHIP! I was so excited and so was the associate we gave each other a high five!! I wish I had got his name becasue he went over and beyond for me as far as customer service goes, it's a rarity these days! He had told me that his children were around 11 and that they loved the mega blocks toys. I have a birthday party to go to today and it was so important to me to find this particular pirate ship. My son had it when he was little and used it for many years, so i am now passing on this wonderful little toy to my one year old nephew!! the staff were all very curtious and helpful. Newington Toys R Us rocks!!
