In getting our restaurant (Dumplin's in Newport, NC) ready for opening, we encountered problem after problem. The guys at Mallards came in, fixed everything, and worked with us on a bill we had not expected. They are our Gas company and we plan on sticking with them as they stuck with us. They are professional, knowledgeable, personable, and fun to be around, Great Customer Service. Great Response Time. And they have a great receptionist ~ Cheryl.
