Brought a PC on on Saturday indicating a hardware problem. Macafee and Dell had already done diagnostics. Told them didn't wan't to waste time with "virus hunting". 3 days later, with no update I called, they indicated there were 12 virus' in registry - biggest scam with PC repair. Wanted to reformat HD, total BS. Wanted $400 plus original "diagnostic of $100. $500 ghost repair when all it needed was a $20 fan Dell had already diagnosed replacement need! Thought this place would be faster.

Cleaning lady works front desk when high school drop outs are not on duty. Indian scammer is owner/rip off artist.

Total scam - would not recommend my worst enemy go there. My lawyers will be there next, he will be out of business in weeks - with this type of service (or lack there of)
