I needed to rewash a load I had just washed. I swiped my card again. It took my money, but did not start. I told the attendant. She took my card and confirmed I paid for the wash, and saw it did not start. She got on the phone with the manager to reset the machine. When asked if I opened the handle and close it again, I replied I had not. Because I did not open and close the handle I was advised I was not entitled to the machine being reset or a refund. Requests to speak with the manager resulted with a police escort out, regardless of the fact that two witnesses stepped forward to back the incident. End result: the attendant was written up, nothing about the manager, and my money was refunded. Use this location at your own risk.
