I had the worse customer service in this storage facility.. I spend money on a unit and the day that I finally had time and had hired a moving truck to bring my belongings to my unit the code that they provide me with didn't work. I, like everyone else work. So I was only able to bring my things after office hours. There was no one to help me, I called left a voicemail and no email, call or sort of response regarding this emergency. I wasted my money not only on a unit I never got to use but also on a moving truck that had all my things. I deal with customers all the time and this is not the way you establish a relationship with a customer.

I had a flood at my home and had to move some of my salvageable items into storage quickly. The Office staff was super helpful with obtaining a unit and the moving supplies that fit my needs. They sell the unit Locks and moving supplies on site which made a troubling time for my family a little less stressful. They also have monthly specials so the 10'x10' Unit I rented was 1/2 price for the first 2 months. It is very clean, climate controlled and very secure with security code keypad entry gates. I would highly recommend to anyone needing storage space. :)
