Bob is a super guy and my little boy (ghetto) loves him, which it's a good sign, he tells me when he doesn't get a good vibe from a person. I recommend Tails & Wags very highly, I've been coming to here over 6yrs and I am very pleased and most importang Ghetto is comfortable there when he stays for his regular maintenance.
