      Both Russell and Liz are native to Northern New Jersey where in 2001 they purchased Alpa Pools and Spas. They have both been managing it ever since. With many hours of technical training over the years, Russell has become a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and a Certified Service Professional (CSP), which is one of the highest certifications awarded to service professionals in the swimming pool industry.       Fantastic service!! My family has used them forever and they sure as hell know what they are doing. The tech guys that come to my house fix everything for a great price and after years of their service I never once had to second guess their work. Use them!
