It is a beautiful facility, the service was excellent and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Lanphier

I recently had false eyelashes put on and paid 250.00. I was very happy when i left, but when my appointment to return for refills was cancelled and rescheduled for the following week then cancelled yet again because the woman was no longer there. i was then told to go to Darien... 2 hours from where I live...by that time (2 weeks past when i should have gone) i phoned on 3 separate occasions to have noone return my call to respond to my concerns...i felt there was no customer service or satisfaction from anyone in the north haven facility... i would never recommend anyone to go and have anything done here...for the record..i also had nails done here and was very unhappy with that as well

The best spa/salon around!!! Also, lovely boutique, you'll find all the latest trends, cool jewelry, handbags, my favourite in town. If you need a gift that's the place to look first!!

I expected more from a pedicure for $45 than a rushed pedicure by a nail person who mentioned more than once that she wasnt supposed to go in that day, clearly she did not want to be there. This made me very uncomfortable and did not want to return. On the positive side, the salon is very beautiful... though I will never know if the other services are good.
