Dave was great! Needed a ride for my mom last minute and he was super helpful. Even called me en route to let me know her expected time of arrival. Thankful for his safe driving especially in the snowy weather. Thanks, Dave!

Metz is a good guy and very pleasant and professional. The cab is clean and smoke-free as advertised. The rates are quite reasonable. I strongly recommend Big Ten Taxi Cab North.
