Provided by YP.comThey sell you the stove and tell you the installer will call back with-in 24-48 hours. After that, it is all down hill. We had to wait 10 weeks for the installer, that is with calling the installer 10-15 times with no response, going here with empty promises, ask for a pre-call before coming with no call and in the end, they did half the job and it is wrong. Complained with no assistance. I will pay someone to fix the problems.

I ordered a gas fireplace for a renovation from this shop a few years back and they got it it with all the necessary parts in a reasonable period of time. No issues at all.

Do not even think of going here. I ordered a pellet insert during the Aug 08 tax free weekend. Here it is November and they still do not have it. I have been told it will be in by the end of next week for the last 2 months. When I ordered the unit I was told I would have it the first week of Sept. They offer no apologies nor alternatives. They do not answer thier phones and the messsage asks customers to come in to the store. When you ask when your order is expected they won't even look you in the eye when they tell you for the 20th time "next week".

Provided by YP.comI purchased two fairly expensive fireplace covers from Heath Works. They could not have been more professional and helpful while I was making my purchase. However, when one of the covers literally fell off within one year they wanted to charge me $150 just to come to my house. I would be charged for any work they did to reaffix my cover to my fireplace. They did the installation too! I am now looking to install a new cover to a third fireplace I own, and I am considering an insert for my upstairs fireplace. Guess who I won't be doing business with?
