They treated us like family right from the very start!! Prices were very affordable, and the staff was so friendly and kind. Some places it's all about the $$$, these people care!! Highly recommend!!

I just wanted to saw thank you to the doctors and the staff at Animal Clinic North! I was new in the area last year, so I went to the cloest vet to my house on 136th for an ear infection with my yorkie (cost a fortune). Soon after, I tried vaccines for my cat on 124th & Wash. ( Beautiful place, but again- pricey). I decided to price shop to spay my Shih tzu, and not only did I save hundreds, these people are so caring, and and friendly. They genuinely love my animals. My dog was attacked by two other dogs and even though this vet's office does not normally take walk-ins. They allowed me to come running through the front door, stitched my dog back up, and inserted drains in him that had to stay for two weeks. Now three months later, the hair is growing back and you can't even tell that he was such a mess and so beat up! That you to the doctors, thank you to the compassionate staff, and thank you for allowing me to afford all of that! Elisa

Have been going to this vet since I got my dog when I was 13. In 2010 my 20lb dog required ACL surgery, the surgery went great, however, my dog was supposed to be in a soft cast for a week while his 6 inch incision healed I woke up one morning to him having chewed off part of his soft cast and had ripped out one of the staples and his leg swelled, took him back into the office for an emergency visit where they then looked at me like I was stupid because I had allowed him to chew the soft cast and told me I should have left the cone on. The problem with this is that they hadnt even given me a cone! When I told them this they then said that I should have recieved one.They then had to remove the soft cast, and clean the wound and put the forgotten cone around his head, which they then tried to charge me for. The next day, early in the morning I came home from work on my lunch, only to discover that with the cone he had been given, he not only licked his incision raw, but had ripped out every staple holding his leg together. Dr. Berggren, one of the actual vet's there, gave me the WRONG size cone. I then had to rush him back to the vet that morning, and have them not only clean but also restaple his poor little leg. Please, their prices are less expensive than other places, but they do not have any attention to detail. Also they are quick to charge you with whatever they can, if they cannot, they try to get you out of the establishment as quickly as possible. I will not be going back, as of recent events with this place.

I've been going to this vet for a very long time. I love them. They are great to all of my animals!! Thank you very much for everything that you do!!!

Dr Sanders and Dr. Berggren are great to work with knowledgable, compasionate. They are affordable. Staff is great as well.

Recently, we had to make the very difficult decision to end our dog's suffering - not at all an easy thing, but Dr. Berggren and his staff were compassionate, patient, and respectful. We appreciate them and are thankful for their kindness and professionalism. We recommend this animal clinic highly. They provide honest, compassionate care.

This is not a fancy office, so you won't be paying an arm and a leg like you do at another facility nearby. I experienced straightforward, honest, communication and good pet care. And their prices are very reasonable - no ouch when the bill came, loaded with a lot of services I didn't need, and an unpleasantly high office visit charge.

I have taken my dog there for many years, and seen Dr Berggren who is WONDERFUL, but for the past couple years I have only been able to get in with Dr Sanders. I don't care for her use of large medical terminology, and not explaining what things mean. Her "hoity toity" bedside manner leaves much to be desired, and I always feel belittled when I leave that office after seeing her. I will not be returning to that veterinary office.

I took my dog into the vet today to be neutered. When I arrived I had been billed for not only his neuter but for his baby teeth that they had also decided to pull, without notifying me. When I asked the receptionist why I wasn't notified she replied with "I'll let the tooth extractor know your concern", not only did I not get an answer to my question but I had to deal with the receptionists rude attitude. Don't visit this vet, unless you like being billed for something you weren't even aware of!

Very happy with the Dr. and staff. Always able to get in right away. Priceing is very reasonable I am definitely just paying for the professional service not the ambience.

I sent a friend to Dr. Rick Berggren's office. Dr. Berggren is my vet. Unfortunately, he was not available and was seen by Dr. Sanders. I do believe that Dr. Sanders, is a competent vet. However, Shaun, who answered the phone was so rude to my friend that he asked me to call on his behalf, which I did. The purpose of the call was to find out what the status of the dog was and what time to pick him up. Shaun told me he was going to check on the dog and placed me on hold for over 40 minutes! Shaun only picked up the phone and said "you still there?" after I finally called from my cell phone to ask WHY I was on hold for over 40 minutes? So, unless Dr. Berggren is working and his staff is in place you may want to avoid this office unless you have alot of time to hold on the phone! (I only held on the phone to see how long it took Shaun to answer a question!) Get another job Shaun, you are intentionally rude and clueless. Let someone who knows what they are doing, work the front desk.

Positive experience from start to finish. Friendly staff with no hidden costs. One of my dogs required surgery and the quality care of care given was excellent.
