Was looking for a good mechanic after the one I always went to retired. This shop was recommended by a friend. Check in was smooth, repairs got involved, they communicated great with me, I really thought I was being taken care of. Taken is key word. I was pleased until it came time to pick up vehicle. I showed up with payment in hand and got ATTITUDE!. WTF? It was as uncomfortable an experience as I have ever had with a car repair place. Getting in the vehicle I was overwhelmed by how dirty they left it. As soon as I grabbed thge steering wheel I got black grease on my hand. It was filthy. I drove home and had to degrease steering wheel, both fenders, hood. And my hands. Dash was not re-assembled properly, had to do that myself. Paid for brake job, had to have neighbor come over and adjust the parking brake, they couldn't be bothered with that. In all fairness to them, I did not contact them regarding these issues due to how totally uncomfortable they made me feel when I picked up my vehicle. I will never contact these people again. Who ever worked my vehicle did not care. Period. It was all bare minimum work. Never again !!!

Was recommended to TH by one of my son's co-workers. They were fairly busy but agreed to let me bring my car in when I explained it was my only means of transportation. They ran the diagnostics and told me what needed to be repaired. There were several items that needed to be replaced but because they were in addition to the major problem, they said they would not charge me for labor since they had to be in there anyway. It took a few hours longer than they originally estimated but only because they wanted to make sure everything was working perfectly before they returned the car to me! I HIGHLY recommend TH if you want your car repaired with honesty & integrity!

I went to a nearby mechanic to replace the clutch in my 95 Camry, I took it back three times as they didn't install it correctly. After the third trip it still wasn't properly done, so I went to T H Automotive. These guys are phenomenal! They not only fixed the clutch the first time, they also looked over everything else and gave me the straight truth on what my car needed, and more importantly, what I didn't need that the other shop tried to sell me. I will always use T H Automotive because they are honest, they do things right the first time, and are very reasonably priced.

My daughter bought her first car a week before she was to travel across country for college and we took it into TH for an inspection. They inspected the car and "certified" that it was road worthy except for the cruise control which needed a part replaced. They gave her a quote and said they could squeeze it in for the repair on the following Monday. After they fixed the part she proceeded to pay for the repair and even though the repair cost more than the quote they honored their quote. She travelled 1500 miles and safely made it to college that same week. Thanks Guys. Now its this Father's turn to test you with some of his auto woe's. See ya soon.

This place is outstanding. I had my car in a couple different shops and when I took it to TH... it got done right and I didn't have to to take in anywhere else.Additionally, I called on some emissions concerns over a check engine light and they informed me over the phone that I could still pass even with the light on and it would be better off to get the test and see if it failed or not. It didn't fail. They could have easily told me to bring the car in, but they are more interested in customer satisfactin than lining their pockets... this is why I will always take my car to TH.

I have been taking vehicles to Tim and Dusty for fifteen years now and they are fair, honest, and reliable; not to mention affordable!
