One of their workers came to my house the other day to fix my heater. My dad wanted to talk to him so I gave him my phone and in mid conversation he dropped my phone into an oily puddle of water on the concrete floor of my basement. My phone is completely unusable now and he told me at the time that his company would pay for it. When my dad called them about it they said there was nothing they could do about it. They have ignored several of my emails about the matter. Even though this has nothing to do with their heating and AC services, I find their customer service to be terrible. You can't go to peoples house and break their belongings and just ignore them just so you don't have to pay for things that you can clearly afford.

Had Rich and Peter to replace our Heating system. They were courteous and professional and gave us multiple options. They did a phenomenal job and left the place warm and clean. I would have no problem hiring them again. 5 stars!!!
