Injured on the job and hired Lawter & Associates to handle the Workers Compensation claim. They handle the case for 5 years before dropping it. Only to find out that the only injuries they reported to the courts was for a shattered nose. Doctor and hospital report on a concussion, brain damage, ear canal injury, optic nerve injury, broken teeth, and two bulging disk in the neck were never reported to the courts. Never received any medical, mental, dental, therapy, or reconstructive surgery while under the representation of the office of Lawter and Associates. The case was in such disarray that it took another law firm five years to get anything salvageable. To this day no medical, mental, therapy, dental or surgery has been received. To this day the over all condition has worsened and fighting just to mantain every day tast that everyone takes for granted.The only reason one star was given is because it has to post a review.
