I went there with two of my aunts as I read good reviews about this place. WHAT AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE we have had. We would not ever go back, not even for a free service. The quality of service itself was very average, we weren't too pleased about it , as they rush thru you and give you a superficial pedi/manicure. Now read this : "customer service is terrible", one of the ladies " a Vietnamese middle age very unhappy and bitter woman was so rude to one of my aunts. While my aunt was getting her manicure done, this lady took over her husband's job, and when my aunt ask her to file her nails a little more as one hand was longer than the other, she was very argumentative and almost screaming at my aunt, so bad that I intervened by questioning her attitude and the type of customer service she was providing, she started screaming to me and telling me that I was the one being rude to her...she was extremely rude, disrespectful, hateful. By the way the store manager or owner was there listening to the whole show while he was taking care of another customer and did no do a thing to calm his employee down. Just wanted to share my experience, no one else needs to go thru this. Ever have I been treated this way, that lady must hate her job, and most likely her life, this place should no tolerate this type of behavior from employees. I still paid for all the services provided though, now that I think about it I really shouldn't have.. This place ruined my afternoon!

I have been going for years now to Le Rev Salon. I have always been treated kindly, and it's nice that they speak to you and genuinely are interested in how you're doing. I have been to other nail places in the past and all they'd do is speak in a different language the whole time to their colleagues. Not this place! They make you feel special and do their absolute best to get you into their schedule.

I bought gift certificate here several times a year until my sister in law gave back $100 gift card stating they were very rude to her and her granddaughter. I won't go into the hateful, vile and nasty details here. The $100 gift certificate was never cashed in for service but it will be the $100 will be the last they receive from me.

My nail tech ( Trish) was very nice. She took her time doing my nails and made sure they were perfect. This salon's very clean. I am impressed and highly recommend.

I love to go here! The mood color and the other nail polish is fabu! I will say that the massage chairs was nice. Some of the workers outdone them selves.

Le Reve Nail is my favorite salon to go to. High quality service and great nail tech. I especially love Trish, she's wonderful and amazing. I always bring my friends when they come visit Olathe. They also have a great location too.

Without a doubt, this is the best nail salon - ever! Trish is very particular about her work and I have had so many compliments on my nails. They look beautiful every time. All of the technicians are very good but Trish is my favorite. This salon is now a full service salon offering aesthetics etc. Their high quality of workmanship and customer care have kept me coming back. Congratulations Trish!!

This is a great nail salon. Ths staff are friendly and they understand how I want my nails done. They are currently under new mangement which is aweosme! They upgraded so much and the salon is relaxing. They have so many nail colours and all the lastest fashions too! I just got my nails done using the new Magneto Nail Polish. Next time I'm going to get the new Gel Mood Polish! They have so many selections I have to keep coming back to try 'em!

Le Reve nail has great service. They have twenty spa chairs, which is great for parties! They do my nails with no rush and they have especially friendly staff. The salon is beautiful itself. It gives a warm welcome to customers and they even have refreshments! Their even the first nail salon in town with Customer Reward Cards! I highly recommend Le Reve Nails.
