NEVER GOiNG tHERE AGAiN. NEVER REFERRiNG ANyONE tHERE. By FAR tHE WORSt CUStOMER SERViCE i HAVE EVER SEEN ANyWHERE. tHE tALL WHitE MAN AND tHE WHitE WOMEN, i WAS tOLD iS tHE MANAGER, WERE EXTREMELY RUDE AND DiSRESPECtFUL FOR NO REASON At ALL. i WASNt tOLD ABOUt tHE NO CASH BACK ONLy StORE CREDit POLiCy WHEN i PURCHASHED A $200 HOME tHEAtRE SyStEM NOR WAS tHERE A REtURN POLiCy POStED ANyWHERE ON OR iN tHE BUiLDiNG. WHEN i GOt HOME i SPENt HALF tHE DAy HOOKiNG it ALL UP tO FiND OUt ONE SiDE DiDNt WORK. WHEN i tOOK it BACK tO REtURN i WAS tOLD i COULDNt GEt My MONEy BACK ONLy StORE CREDit. tHEy WERE RUDE AND DiSRESPECtFUL AND it WAS SERiOUSLy UNNECESSARy SEEiNG tHAt i WAS POLiTE AND RESPECtFUL tO ALL tHE EMPLOyEES iN tHE StORE AND GAVE tHEM NO PROBLEMS OR REASON tO tREAt ME tHAt WAy!!!

I walked into the store and the owner was screaming profanities at a customer - and then started in on an employee. We are talking 4 letter words left and right. This guy was totally out of control. Not the type of guy who should be working with the public. I had my 8 yr old son with me and left the store immediately.
