      Excellent Repair Service!!

      Our refrigerator would sometimes fail to refrigerate. I could 'revive' it by unplugging it , wait 15 minutes, and then plug it in again. Often it would start working again. But it was getting worse. Best Buy's tech correctly diagnosed the problem and made extra effort to install the bad component the SAME DAY! I had called two other repair shops in the valley and didn't even get a return call. At Best Buy, I talked to a technical savvy person the first time, not just a dispatcher/receptionist. Hooray!

      The owner really knows his stuff. He will help instruct you on how to repair your appliances on your own and sell you the parts.

      Scott is a nice guy and will give you lots of information but if you need him to do work, plan on it taking a month or two longer than he says. We were told a few days and went back again and again and again only to find excuses why he couldnt get to it. Several appliances ended up taking several months to get done. Still charged us regular price or higher and sometimes not all the work was done as told to us. Really dissappointed in his work.
