The customer service is horrible! They are not friendly and the Male vet doesn't seem to know what the hell he is talking about! I would go into more detail but you're only allowed to use 1000 characters to describe your experience on this website, and sadly I need more than that just to tell the story of what happened. Just trust me, they're horrible and under qualified to run an animal hospital, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I took my 12 year old cat here to get a check up and blood work done. The vet handled my cat roughly for no reason, she never hissed or clawed at him but he held her by the skin on her back, not neck, back. He had to leave the room over and over, didn't know how much they charged for blood work. I had to repeat what was wrong with my cat an excessive amount because he couldn't remember, switched what I was saying around, it was a mess. When they finally got her diagnosed with hyperthyroidism the vet didn't seem to know what it was, he read from some book to me some VERY basic details of what it is. He told me I only had two options and that I would forever have to buy her prescription from them. I googled her condition to know more about it and found out nearly everything they had told me was a lie, I have multiple options, I can buy her prescription from lots of places. I also found out hyperthyroidism is extremely common in elderly cats so why did this vet no nothing about it?!? I thought this is were my frustration would end with them but a week later when I had to buy more of her prescription I found out I needed a medcard to get it from anyone other then them, so I went back there and they had no idea what I was even talking about. So if you want uneducated, half assed care were they try to trick you into buying stuff from them for the rest of your pets life and give you sass if you ask any questions this is the place to go!

Make sure that you know the pr...

Make sure that you know the price before any procedure or boarding takes place. They are not up front and honest. They will take advantage of you if possible. Slow service and you can tell they feel uncomfortable because they are not honest!

They were always there and it didn't cost my pet it's life!

I have been very impressed with these wonderful people! They are the kind of people that don't just care about making the money. They care about your pet, also how much damage it is going to do to you and your small children. People like vets should deserve an award, because so little people actually care about their pet's life until they are about to loose it.
