      Since 1959, E. H. Engelmeier Roofing & Sheet Metal Company, Inc. of Orlando has been a Central Florida leader in residential and commercial roofing. We are a state-certified roofing contractor and family-owned company that takes pride in its work and credits its excellent reputation and continuous growth to good service and workmanship. Our management and estimating team alone has over 150 years of roofing experience, and we proudly use our own employees on projects instead of subcontractors. Your property is a valuable asset and requires the best value and professional care available. You will find Engelmeier quality roofs all over the Central Florida area on commercial buildings, churches, schools, and residential homes. Experience counts, and we're equipped to handle all types of roofs including built-up, shingle, tile, metal, wood shakes, slate, and single-ply membranes. We also have a full time roof repair service department and architectural sheet metal shop. Value does not equate with the cheapest price, but with outstanding service and durability of the work. Unlike some other contractors who boost their profits by substituting materials that just meet minimum standards, we expertly engineer our roofs for both function and aesthetics using the finest materials available. Our office and warehouse facility in Lockhart is owned by the Engelmeier family and consists of over 10,000 square feet under roof on three acres of property. Prospective customers who personally tour our operation after visiting other contractors come away with an increased comfort level and confidence in our stability and ability to get the job done right.Company president Carl Engelmeier, CPRC, has served as President of both the CFRSA (the local contractors association) and the FRSA (State Roofing Association). He also served on the Orange County Roofing and Sheet Metal board. Carl works closely with his estimators and foremen to insure that you the customer are completely satisfied and are getting the best roof possible. Tom Jessen, CPRC, company vice president and commercial estimator, is past president of CFRSA and is very active in his church and community. Burt Logan Jr., Corporate Secretary, is currently president of CFRSA. Bob Smith, our residential estimator has been involved in the roofing industry for over 30 years.
