DO NOT SHOP HERE. First the prices are 20% higher that online dealers, Home Depot, Menards, or Lowe’s. i was a loyal customer for 15+ years and never made a return. I purchased a handheld conduit bender and they did not have a handle. I went to return and they said all tool sales are final. I explained why how when it was bought they were out of handles and I needed to purchase another one at a different store.

The manager Alicia was extremely rude and said she didn’t care that I was a customer for over 15 years with not one return.

She would not accept a store credit and it took 4 asks to get her name. Then she walked away from me.

They said shop local but this place is one you need to avoid.

this place is a rip off new owner has no knowledge of priodcuts raised prices 15% higher than home depot. lied to me about 100 dollar air compressor that did not work wehen I got it home and was missing parts. Customers beware of this palce your getting ripped off
