I have been a Stanley Steemer customer for years and have not been disappointed. My recent cleaning was done by Roger and Q who did an exceptional job. We are now ready for the holiday season.
Over two months ago my WEDDING RING was stolen (then sold for gold) by an employee of Stanley Steemer. Corporate has been rude, indifferent and unwilling to compensate me fairly so I can buy another wedding ring. We have gone through such grief and anxiety over this. Absolutely unbelieveable for an international company to behave this way. I will never, ever do business with them again and I hope you won't either.
