A local favorite of ours although in the beginning we weren't too thrilled

We lived in West Palm Beach and Manero's was our particular favorite of all the restaurants in town. We had been patrons since the beginning and loved the comfortable atmosphere and very delicious food. Sitting and sipping with Bobby Cox when the Braves were in town heightened our pleasure even more. We were particularly saddened when the present owner's father died and upset at the restaurant's move to Palm City. At first, we were willing to drive the 40 miles but felt the food quality and atmosphere had suffered from the move. Last year we moved to Stuart and have recently decided to "give Manero's another chance." We are delighted to find our old favorite has returned to its former excellence. The food is always delicious and well prepared. The additions to the menu and the notation that Manero's will prepare anything you desire if they have the ingredients on hand are a welcome treat. The bread is warm, the drinks are perfectly served and the salad is wonderful. We love it! MMMmmm!

General Info
OUR HISTORY Manero's® originated in Greenwich, Connecticut as a family steakhouse around 1945. Sibling locations followed in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Manero's® was a pioneer in many aspects of today's full-service restaurant, including the welcoming of children, a rariety in those days. The restaurant included an in-house butcher shop that serviced internal and retail demand. In addition to great steaks, original items like the Gorgonzola salad, sopping garlic bread and "Dividend" liquor drinks added to the appeal. There was a comittment to consistent quality and hospitality that continues today at Manero's® in Palm City, Florida and J. Arthur's in Maggie Valley, North Carolina.
