I spoke with Jaclyn Wooley on the phone four times before my appointment with her.
She asked me to send her pictures of me so she could make sure we were on the same page as far as what I wanted done to my face.
When I finally went to the office in Palm Coast, I did NOT have a good feeling as soon as I entered the door.
The girls were all mis-shelved looking and not professional.
I waited forty minutes for Jaclyn and she came in the room I was very much on alert.
She had flip flops on and was not put together and her attitude was the opposite from my phone conversations with her.
She was rude and stand offish.
I had four conversations with her on what I wanted done and pricing.
She said if I paid her cash and promised to be a regular customer she could give me a much better deal.
I asked her if she saw my pictures and her reply was very flip and she said yeah and you look like them.
Ok, that was not what I was asking. I meant she wanted to look at my pictures to see if I should have filler or not in my face not if I look like my pictures...
Another girl comes in the room and says that will be 580.00 and I asked to speak to Jaclyn since I told her I was on a budget and could not afford that much.
The prices she told me on the phone were much lower.
I drove over an HOUR to get to the office then waited ONE HOUR for Jaclyn...
I had called a couple of hours prior to my appointment and the girl who answered the phone told me that I was her first patient after Jaclyn's lunch which was scheduled from 1-2 and my appointment was at 2 so she said I would be seen quickly. Not true... ONE HOUR she had me wait while I could hear her on her phone in the next room.
I finally got off the chair as Jaclyn's attitude and remarks were belligerent and unprofessional.
I told that that what she told me on the phone was quite different than what I was being told in the office.
I told her I did not feel comfortable with her and I was leaving.
Jaclyn snickered at me and very rude and sarcastically said, have a nice day...
DO NOT GO HERE.... BEWARE....
