outback in palm coast was there today and don't think I will go back. First came in had to wait go be seated I know this Is normal but not 10 minutes before we had anyone come to see if we were being helped plenty of waitress come by said nothing it wasn't until more people came in before we received any attention then we were seated had one waitress took our drink order came back with different waitress said I am now your waitress. . Tea was warm ask for ice got it later. order dinner prime rib needed to be cooked more so I sent it back came back with a smaller prime rib trying to say it was the same. before that we waited 30 minutes before our salads even came. 5 minutes after we had are salads our dinner came. service was so slow the place was not that busy seem like they were short on staff, after meal took for ever for bill then gave it waitress took forever to get it back. I was really disappointed in my visit.

This fairly new Outback no longer has the same quality or portions they once served. Write to their Headquarters to see if this can be remedied. Getting the "medium grilled" Victoria Filet so dry you can't cut it, and then waiting for a replacement and getting it half raw is not acceptable, nor is the lame baked potatoes they are now serving, not to mention the smaller portions they have decided to serve on smaller plates, and smaller dessert portions. This was not a cheap night out either... $70+ for two. Very dissatisfied customer.

Great place to eat. Consistently good food. Could use a little help is the attention department.
