I went to Bj's and Austin was my waiter. Awesome service and very nice. Ive never felt more comfortable with a waiter before.

I would give it no stars but I can't. Went on Mothers day my girl ordered the Ribeye with a loaded potato well done. I order the same. After waiting about 45 min. for our meal we finally get it and the steaks we're burned in the outside and bloody in inside. Potato was was just sand which cheese and and to half cooked Bacon's for $5.00. We complained and the waiter cooked the steaks a second time and they still came back blood and even more burned in the outside. Poor service and food. Disgusted & disappointed. A waste of Mothersday and 80 bucks. Avoid this B'Js if you know what's good for you.

The food is good, but the service is absolutely horrible! You'll sit there and wait and wait for everything.

I've gone to BJ's more times than I can count. Wether it's busy or slow (which it rarely is), service has always been fast, pleasant, and accurate. The food is always delicious. I have a feeling that the people who gave it a poor rating wouldn't be happy anywhere. The prices are not ridiculous (it is not $11 for fries like it has been indicated in a previous review). The customer service is excellent. When I was pregnant, I needed a spinach artichoke calzone in my life so we went to BJ's. The calzone spent 30 seconds too long in the oven and my morning sickness couldn't handle it so they took it back, made me a new beautiful one, and gave me FREE tomato bisque soup (which was also delicious) while we waited. The burgers, fries, calzones, salads, sandwiches, bone-in hot wings, strawberry lemonade, root beer, etc. are mouthwatering. Please go to BJ's if you want good food and a very pleasant dining experience :).

Stay away!! You can get better food and much better service at Pizza Hut. They can never get an order correct and the staff are jerks.

always excellent food and microbrews

When ever I want to impress a visitor from L.A. how Palmdale is growing and getting better every day I take them to BJ's. It's decor is very upscale and I think one of the best restaurants in Palmdale. I've always found the service good, the food tasty, and the atmosphere great. I especially like the Sunday brunches.

I had gone to BJ's for a friends birthday and we had a large group with us. It wasn't busy at all in the restaurant there were maybe fourty to fifty other people there. We had all put in our orders and later recieved our drinks. The waitress came around maybe twice. When the food came the server handed out the food to everyone, which was cold and then told me "So, we have another California burger, right?". Everyone eaten their food and I was still wating, the waitress had to be hailed down in order for her to stop at the table to see if we were doing okay with our food. I had mentioned that I didn't get my order and she went to go check on it. She comes back and said that they forgot to put the order in and that if I wanted I could wait another fifteen to half hour for it to get ready. I declined and then she offered me some fries instead. I assumed the fries would be free concidering they had forgoten my order. In the end we got the check and found out they had charged me a full order of fries for 11 dollers. My friend who's birthday saw this and takled to the manager and had it removed. In the end I found the service poor and that is an understatement.

The place is a good place to take everyone. Drinks are also good try it have a great time there. We did hope you do as well.
