Never buy a gift here! While they may have quality merchandise, their return policy is insulting. As a Xmas gift we received a huge massaging cushion. Because it was a unique and unusual gift, my brother & his wife gave us the "gift receipt" with the cushion in case we wanted to return it. When we went to return the cushion and presented the gift receipt, we were told that we must have the purchaser's original credit card receipt in order to get cash back. They would only give us store credit. I have two gripes. Nowhere on the gift receipt does it state that a return would be for store credit only. And secondly, what would I ever want from this store that costs $119? I'll never shop here! Before buying a gift, BEWARE!
