Provided by YP.comMy mother decided to order 2 floral arrangements. We spoke with Catherine. From the beginning the conversation was very odd. so my mother decided to ask to speak to the owner. Catherine told us the owner would call us in a couple of hours. She calls back later & says we have to speak with her because the owner doesn't speak english. Not a problem but, she never mentioned that before. We looked pass that hiccup. (big mistake) we explained we would like 2 floral arrangements with 12 roses. Later we receive a thank you &picture from the secretaries. It was not the arrangements that we purchased. We called Catherine & she was REALLY rude & put us on hold many times. We were not a priority. She said they could offer us a 15% discount. We would just like what we ordered delivered to the secretaries we told her. Catherine said no to that idea, and said the secretaries after work could bring in their arrangements and she would add 6 more roses to their arrangements. We declined! bad service!

Provided by YP.comIf I could give zero stars, I would. We used this florist for many years. Ownership has changed. No one there speaks English. Because of that, I placed my order online and they still didn't get it right. Now I see that other reviewers had the same problem.
When I called to get a refund, their English was too poor to understand. They tried to tell me that my 83 year old Mom was happy when the bouquet arrived. Duh. She would be smiling and happy if I had sent one carnation. She didn't know what I paid for.
Then they told me that if I wanted a refund, they would go back to and take the bouquet away! Can you imagine knocking on an 83 year old woman's door several days later and asking for the bouquet back?
Of course I didn't do that. Instead, they'll lose business because of this review.

Provided by YP.comI have used this florist a couple of times and everything has always gone according to plan. Once, because of season they could be give me exactly what I wanted but got as close as they could and were upfront and honest about it. I will continue using them in the future and recommend you do as well.
