General Info

Annette Mouton, MSN, FNP-C, completed a Bachelor of Science in health education and biology in 2009 at the University of Houston. She then earned her Master of Science at Texas Woman's University - Houston in 2017 as a family medicine nurse practitioner.Annette provides a wide range of well and sick care for her patients of all ages such as checkups, well woman visits, and sports physicals. She also sees patients to address acute illness or injuries and to manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, Type 2 diabetes, and more. Annette enjoys getting to know her patients, educating them on preventive health, and helping them meet their individual health care goals. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in October 2023.
