General Info

Dr. Idalia Rivera-Matos received her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in San Juan and completed her residency at the University Pediatric Hospital in San Juan. She then completed her fellowship at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth in Houston. Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Rivera-Matos has been in practice since 1991. Her clinical interests include immunizations, preventive care, infectious diseases, attention deficit disorder/ attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, nutrition and travel medicine for her patients and their families.
