I called them to make arm covers for my sofas. They promised them to me a holiday time. The day I was expecting to pick them up, I recieved a call saying that they were not in. They told me that I could pick out different fabric & that they would cut it for me for my sofas. I had a tear that I was trying to cover and needless to say I ran down there. Although they were apologetic & did not charge me for my arm covers when they were ready, my decor did not look at all what I had hoped for.
