Best Insurance Company! I was with GEICO for a few years and I was getting ready to buy my first home. I was trying to get lined up with a few different quotes so I put my name on this website that lets agents call you and break down their offers. I talked with several companies and then received a phone call from Christina Matlock. She not only answered all of my questions, but went out of her way to compare all the other companies that called me and their different plans. After seeing her patience and willingness to help I had no doubt in my mind that State Farm would be my best option. Shortly after signing up I had my father switch to State Farm. We live in the Katy area so Pearland was definitely a trip for us. This was the first time I actually met Christina and got to see her expert knowledge and professionalism in action. My father is one of the most challenging individuals to get a long with, but Christina explained everything to him and he was pleased when we left. Ms. Matlock is hands down the best agent I've ever dealt with. She has been there for me whether I've been cranky or happy. I feel that I will never get the kind of treatment Christina provides to her customers and I am dedicated to building a long lasting relationship with State Farm. If Christina wouldn't have contacted me I wouldn't be with State Farm today.
