They know how to be collective and calm when someone's hair goes wrong but with time and effort they know how to get the job done.

Shannon is the best stylist. She can do any style that you ask for. The salon is always neat and clean. Its not "ghetto" at all. There is never anyone in there trying to sell you things like socks, dvd's, and cds. And you can only eat in a secluded area in the salon which is nice because who wants to watch someone eat while they are getting pampered. There are no children allowed in the salon unless being serviced which is good. A lot of salons advertise that but don't enforce it. Karl, the owner, has no problem enforcing his rules. He also makes sure that clients are comfortable. They even offer wine, water, coffee, or tea which is a nice touch. I love this salon.

Had my first sew in done here they did a great job! Salon is clean, everyone is very pleasant and treated me like a celebrity! I was scared since it was my first weave but Malika and Karl were great. I will definitely recommend to others and return for my next one!

Ok, my first impression upon arrival was very good, the atmosphere is terrific I especially loved the shampoo bowls, there is a little post that holds your head up no cramping of the neck. So i had high hopes for Karl J. Of course everyone has a shampoo person so that was fine, she also dryed my hair, ok. I was going having a relaver and a sew in put it. The shampoo girl relaxed and braided my hair and she sewed in half the weave and Karl J did like 3 rows. The rows that the unlicensed stylist out her tracks in better all i know is that when i was done there were tracks showing on the side and comming out within a week of it getting done, not to mention that they sewed all my hair together in a knot! Had to be cut ouin order to remove the thread, Horrible Experience!

Highly recommended!!! Very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere,but best of it all the stylists are very talented at what they do!!
