The people who own this place are soo friendly and go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied and taken care of. I had a good experience with them, couldn't even tell I was ever in an accident.

Maaco did a mediocre paint job while just painting over scratches leaving indentions. Then they damaged my window and absolutely refused to fix it. Claiming my window broke on its own. We paid Maaco to have the window adjusted and it never worked again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

Beware of this business! I made the mistake of bringing my car here. Not only did they REPEATEDLY LIE to me over the phone and to my face this business never finished fixing my car. Beware because they suck you in with a promise to help. I had to call my insurance adjuster because Maaco said (and by Maaco I mean the woman at the front desk) he would not approve some work. He told me Maaco NEVER called. I know Maaco was the dishonest party because i called the adjusters bosses. I spoke twice to the adjusters supervisors and I filed a complaint. Then I went to speak to the adjuster in person...Needless to say Maaco you suck!

People here must be angry about something! Two women up front...a younger and an older...the younger never spoke to us...the older middle aged one spoke as if she was being forced to...never smiled...cold and unfriendly! Tim...the boss I think...smiled now and then, but generally gives you the feeling that he doesn't really want to be there. The atitude there seems to be..."oh, sorry...if we have to open the door that'll be $$$ extra". Ok...so you have to charge for what you do...but does it really hurt you to smile? Some of us take it a little better if you smile or are nice when you charge us. Oh, the paint job...the color matched alright...the paint job is alright...not great,not excellent...just alright (in other words, worth about half of what was charged). Sorry...not a return customer, and no recommendation here.
