I have had 5 of my watches repaired and serviced by Louis- Neil Watchmakers. My watches were repaired and in great condition always!!! I have been a customer for over years now. I am extremely happy with the service I always have received.

s.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because they do what they say they will. I am sure they will fix it correctly, and if possible immediately. Great shop.

At this point I simply do not know what to think off this business,phone is always busy ,I sent a watch before storm Sandy to no avail cant even get a response,I am even giving this business,the benefit ,that there might have been some problem with the storm it would be helpful to answer your telephone.

I am very satisfied with the repair of my Anne Klein watch. I sent the watch by mail for a new crystal and had it back within a few weeks.

Going into Louis-Neil is like take a step back in time. A time when you stopped to know the customer and took the time to make the repairs properly the first time. This is a dying art. I have taken my watches to other chain watch stores for quick repairs, but always end up taking it to Louis-Neil to fix what the chain did. Never again.

I sent my favorite Anne Klein watch along with the required $9.95 to Louis-Neil over one month ago. I called after the post office confirmed that LN had received my watch, only to be told that if everything checks out, your watch should be mailed out this week. That was two weeks ago. I will contact them again today 12/21/06 to see what's taking so long to repair my watch. I'm beginning to become concerned now that my watch has not been returned.Hopefully is my watch is returned, it works.
