I have a dyson that hadn't been working for quite some time. I knew it wasn't anything too major... the electricity was still flowing and the brush was spinning. It just was sucking up the way it used to. I have two dogs and had just moved to south philly and I really needed to vacuum my new place. Chose this place and they are awesome. Honest and fixed in that day for me. If you need this type of service, go with these guys! And support your local businesses! I recommend them 100%

This place offers a free recycling service for old vacuum cleaners! The staff are courteous professionals who have been in this difficult business eighteen years. Another consumer complained that bags are cheaper online. Of course, they are! The convenience of picking up bags at a local store is not free. Rent is expensive and the owners of The Vacuum Spot have to feed their families too.

Crooks. They will take your money but they don't back up their work. They told me all my vacuum needed was a good cleaning. That was a lie. My vacuum is still not working right after the repair I had done. And when I went back expecting them to be helpful they were rude, condescending and actually even got loud in my face. I would recommend that women do NOT go there as these guys are very disrespectful.
