They ripped me off and are very rude BEWARE

I have dealt with this company many times. The service has always been super. Once the owner repaired my belt on my ancient vacuum , free of charge. So I give them a great review, they must do something well, they are still a local business doing business...

They were not upfront with us. We have a Dyson and just wanted it to be fixed. They got it cleaned up and charged us their service fee, even though we were clear that we just wanted whatever was covered by the manufacturers warranty, nothing else. The lady behaved as if we were not going to pay just because we wanted more details and called the manufacturer.
