KM Coatings, established in 1986, manufactures quality roof coatings and has a large customer base in the West. Its materials have been tested under ASTMD-6083 test methods, that is the standard for roof coatings. Its top coats have also been tested at the Underwriters Lab with Class A ratings. The company s products are applied over existing smooth surfaced or granulated built-up roofs, modified bitumen roofs, spray polyurethane and single-ply roofing materials. It is also used to coat galvanized metal roofs and overaged single- ply roofing surfaces. KM Coatings has its headquarters in Phoenix.
