Chicken parm salad was fabulous !!!

Started attending Mac Grills in Albuquerque NM (Winrock Center) in the 1990's. Loved it. Since then, I attend MG's wherever and whenever I can. Always good..... until now. Took two friends to Desert Ridge MG on Tatum Blvd PHX Store on 9-1-14 at 3pm. To start, plates and silverware were filthy. Asked for fresh setups. Menu's had food splattered front and back... plus urchin crayon artwork front and back. Basically disgusting and embarassing experience at 3pm in the afternoon! Fool me once, shame on you.... fool me twice? They won't get a second chance to make a first impression. Dr. O.... Phoenix AZ
