I know the company is going to write a bogus rebuttal, just as they did to the BBB complaint I filed... This business is just out to cover their own since their office staff and technicians are worthless. Please see review below.

Being a small company, they should put more emphasis into customer service and providing a memorable experience.
Veterans Plumbing & Drain, LLC ("Veterans") is a vendor of our home warranty company, Fidelity National Home Warranty ("Fidelity"). Fidelity contracted with Veterans to provide services with a water heater repair or replacement.

We had a rude technician come out to our home and we had to probe to find out why he couldn't rectify the issue that day. We basically had a no call/no show the following day, and then a failed attempt at trying to abide by a schedule they couldn't stick with. For full details, please see my Yelp review.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are rude, don't stand by their word, don't abide by a schedule and have ZERO customer service skills.
