Beware! Their customer service is horrible! The staff we interacted with were not interested in helping. We had a question about an item we could not find and were basically told to go find it ourselves. We eventually did, but someone could have helped us more. They also were not us or even ringing us up. Even though there was staff behind the registers we were told that they could not ring us up and we would have to wait for someone who could. No smiles, no, "thank yous." They would not look up our AE Rewards number. Nothing that would make for a good shopping experience. This store in particular needs some training in the art providing a good shopping experience.
