Pretty to look at, but leaves MUCH to be desired!!! The spa is in a very well maintained older home in Plainfield. The property and home are nicely done inside and out, and not at all what you think of when you hear "Plainfield," but the prices are extremely of range for the area (see website)............. the hours are also not clear, as I've either called or stopped by more than once according to the hours posted on the website, and no one ever seems to be there when I come by..........I do pass there on a Saturday, and the place seems to show a bit more signs of life on a Saturday, but I am usually running errands then, and have no time to stop in. I've tried calling/stopping in on their "late nights" but again, often no one is there or no one answers the phone.... I'm not really sure how they stay in business??? ... If anything - I'd say stick to a Massage Envy/Hand & Stone or other less expensive option available in the area. And If you want a true "day spa" experience and not a chain, there are still other options available in the area as well...with prices cheaper by at least 20%-25%........Not that I am advertising for anyone but they are easy to find!! - Just Google/check Yellow Pages or check Spa Finder. .............I'd rather go to a place where I can AFFORD to keep coming back for the services, and maintaining myself between visits with product............ also worth going to a place that actually is OPEN when they say they are, and not just "by appointment or closed entirely if we're slow." ..which seems to be the case there even though they don't come right out and say it.
