The BEST optometrist in North Texas is at Plano Eye Associates. Quality of care is unmatched anywhere else. Dr. Tran found a solution for an ongoing vision issue that no other eye doctor could see. DR. TRAN is gentle, and kind---but also able to reduce highly complex issues into explainable terms. He really cares about helping people; uses available technology enmeshed with his vaste knowledge to provide solutions that make sense. NOT ABOUT RETAIL GLASSES SALES---no push at all. (Although the inventory was very attractive and pricing normal.) Totally perfect professional experience from Courtney (admin) to John (tech) and finally Dr. Tran. BY THE WAY: I filled out no forms or paperwork...all info typed in for you by Courtney & John. PAPERLESS! DR. BAD SERVICE ALL AROUNDThis is the most unprofessional eye doctors office I have ever been to!!! The staff was not knowledgeable about the frames and could not answer my questions. Dr. Castleberry was extremely impatient and got very frustrated that he had to spend more than 10 minutes with me !!!
